Quality Assurance and Exchange Eligibility

If you receive a knife that exhibits signs of rust or other quality-related issues, we will gladly send you a replacement of the same model at no additional cost. Our quality assurance team thoroughly inspects each product before it is shipped, but we recognize that unforeseen circumstances can lead to product defects. In such cases, please notify us within 30 days of receiving your order, providing details of the issue along with photographic evidence to expedite the exchange process.

Out-of-Stock Items

In the event that the knife you wish to exchange is sold out, we will contact you to discuss alternative options. With your consent, we can send you a knife of equal value from our collection. Our goal is to ensure you receive a product that meets your expectations and needs. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences and ensure a smooth exchange experience.

Limitations on Exchanges

It is important to note that our exchange policy only covers issues related to manufacturing defects or environmental impact. If a knife is damaged due to misuse, intentional destruction, or violence, we regret to inform you that we will not be able to provide a replacement.
